A pesca teve o seu primeiro registro hist\u00f3rico atrav\u00e9s do escritor Hans Staden em 1557 descrevendo a forma em que os ind\u00edgenas praticavam todo o processo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gra\u00e7as a fam\u00edlias de pescadores moradores de todo o litoral catarinense essa pr\u00e1tica atravessou gera\u00e7\u00f5es e se manteve quase que intacta o seu processo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/D8u2yA00VZJbm_HD7Kx7ewvUJh1xpVxiYMgqf39ZUfs4YahplmW_fUdPGYNY6oWVlbPO1y_0SbCbynz8L07duvJ-ptnQ_KrLeZb0Ia9fkEIuhllNCMW6mi6aOHzEk0P4njTeg9s\" alt=\"Conhe\u00e7a agora o espet\u00e1culo da pesca artesanal da tainha\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>O processo da pesca atualmente funciona com um \u201cvigia\u201d que fica sempre atento ao mar em busca das correntes mar\u00edtimas e dos cardumes. A carne tem uma mistura de colora\u00e7\u00e3o branca e avermelhada sendo bem delicada e macia.
